What Our Portfolio Companies Are Seeking
- Experience in business development, partnerships, ecosystem growth, or go-to-market roles within a crypto or Web3 company.
- Familiarity with the comprehensive crypto landscape, including infrastructure, DeFi, and consumer applications.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to forge and maintain strategic relationships.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with diverse teams such as product, engineering, legal, and marketing.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous conversations, deals, or integration processes.
- A keen interest in driving adoption, cultivating ecosystems, or expanding market reach through strategic partnerships.
About the Business Development & Partnerships Roles
Depending on the specific portfolio team, your responsibilities could include:
- Identifying and securing strategic partnerships across the dynamic crypto ecosystem.
- Managing relationships with existing partners and facilitating successful integrations.
- Supporting critical go-to-market initiatives for new products or features.
- Representing the team at industry conferences, events, or online forums.
- Collaborating internally to ensure Business Development efforts align seamlessly with product strategy and overarching company goals.
