The Role

The QA Analyst Legal Assistant role joins our growing Product team to ensure our platform meets the highest standards of accuracy, usability, and reliability. This role leverages a paralegal background to bridge legal expertise with product quality, testing new features, validating datasets, and enhancing workflows that thousands of lawyers depend on.

Responsibilities

• Review and test contract-related features for clarity and legal compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive QA testing across the platform.
• Document and track bugs, collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Maintain release blockers and expedite new releases.
• Identify UI/UX inconsistencies and ensure alignment with legal workflows.
• Validate AI-driven contract review outputs against legal standards.
• Support test case development, regression testing, and release validation.
• Document and update QA scripts with product owners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a paralegal, legal analyst, or similar role.
• Strong exposure to contract language review.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience in evaluating language, workflows, and user experience.
• Based in Europe.

Nice to Have

• Experience with QA tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Exposure to legal technology, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.
