Role Overview: Analyst II Compliance

As an Analyst II on our Compliance team, you will support risk management strategies and safeguard customers and the company. Your responsibilities include enhancing reporting, developing tools, and refining processes to detect violations and address compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to evaluate compliance initiatives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop algorithms for detecting violations and create interactive dashboards.
  • React to real-time threats by evaluating alerts and delivering insights.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite for critical initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations to analyze customer behavior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of business analytics experience in compliance, technology, consulting, or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in statistical methods, predictive modeling, SQL/Snowflake, Python, and Tableau.
  • Ability to deliver concise technical insights in a fast-paced environment.
