Job Description

The Data Analyst - HR Analytics works with business and functional leaders to deploy data-driven solutions addressing HR challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build in-house analytical solutions that provide fast, on-demand KPIs and data insights.

  • Develop bespoke analytical models to meet business needs.
  • Leverage statistical programming (Python/R/SQL) for analysis.
  • Create minimal, meaningful presentations of findings.
  • Utilize dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Engage with data crunching in Excel and explore data engineering tools like Airflow.

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in Human Resource headcount analysis, survey analysis, and forecasting. • Experience with statistical programming languages (Python, R, SQL) is mandatory. • Working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau dashboarding tools. • Data crunching in Excel and exposure to machine learning model creation. • Familiarity with data engineering tools (Airflow and DAG creation) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate with 6-8 years of experience OR • Post-Graduate in Management with an Engineering background (6-7 years experience).
