Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer success and ensure sustainable outcomes.
• Provide holistic support from feature introduction to strategic development.
• Conduct trainings and identify customer needs for optimal WOWIPORT usage.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to roll out new features.
• Drive strategic upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
• Monitor market trends in the housing industry and adjust strategies.

What You Bring

You have experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar advisory role in a software environment. Ideally you know or are eager to learn about the housing industry processes. Strong communication skills, empathy, a service-oriented mindset, and a passion for digital solutions are crucial. You are self-driven and ready to travel for customer meetings in the Mitte/Ost region.
