About the role

Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can drive growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands data, conversion, and marketplace dynamics and can scale revenue through smart performance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance marketing (core role): Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping). Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). Manage budgets, ROAS, CAC, and overall campaign performance. Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels.
  • E-commerce platform management: Handle performance on Amazon and Flipkart. Handle performance on D2C website (Shopify or similar). Optimize listings (SEO, keywords, images, content). Improve conversion rates and product visibility. Manage deals, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Quick commerce (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.): Manage product listings, visibility, and sales growth. Work on platform ads and promotions. Work on keyword ranking. Work on inventory planning and stock optimization. Coordinate with platform account managers.
  • Data and analytics: Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards. Generate insights and actionable reports. Optimize funnels for higher conversions.
  • Growth and experimentation: Identify new growth opportunities across platforms. Run A/B tests on creatives. Run A/B tests on landing pages. Run A/B tests on pricing/offers. Scale winning campaigns aggressively.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth
  • Hands-on Experience With:
    • Google Ads & Meta Ads
    • Amazon / Flipkart seller panels
    • Quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart)
  • Strong understanding of: CAC, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
  • Experience with D2C brands is a big plus
  • Analytical mindset + execution-focused

Good To Have

  • Experience with Shopify
