Overview

DP World is hiring an IT Manager COE - Technology to manage overall demand, regional strategy, and ongoing support for IT and Digital services in Contract Logistics within the Center of Excellence. The role involves understanding financial, technological, business and industry trends to support DP World Regional goals.

How You Will Contribute

  • Drive future application modernization and standardization aligned with regional business roadmaps.
  • Lead the team for IT sales submissions and handover to the IT Launch team.
  • Manage business demand for Contract Logistics operations while collaborating with global shared services.
  • Execute IT policies for information security and data privacy ensuring compliance.
  • Align business strategy to Group Technology strategies and approved vendor partners.

What You Will Bring

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a multi-national environment with increasing responsibility and supervisory duties.
  • Proven leadership in design and delivery of complex supply chain logistics solutions.
  • Strong IT background with exposure to high end/high volume and complex IT solutions on a continental/international scale.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture, software systems and integration with customer systems and automation technologies.
  • Industry experience in contract logistics across multiple sectors including fulfillment, warehousing, automotive, consumer and manufacturing.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.
  • Fluency in English and local languages as per country of residence.
