About the Role

DP World is hiring an IT Manager COE - Technology who will manage overall demand, regional strategy, and ongoing sustenance support of IT and Digital services for Contract Logistics in the Center of Excellence Technology. The role aligns with Group Technology strategic direction.

How You Will Contribute

You will drive application modernization and standardization in alignment with the Business Roadmap for the Region and COE. You will lead the team responsible for IT sales submissions and handover to the IT Launch team, manage business demand for Contract Logistics operations, collaborate with Global shared services and Group Technology Head Office, and execute IT policies, including information security and data privacy, to ensure compliance. Additionally, you will drive business alignment to Group Technology strategy and manage approved application portfolios, technologies, and vendor partnerships.

What You Will Bring

  • Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or information systems, or equivalent training and certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-national environments with increasing responsibility and supervisory duties.
  • Proven leadership in designing and delivering complex supply chain logistics solutions.
  • Strong IT background with exposure to high volume and complex IT solutions on an international basis.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and integration of third-party logistics solutions.
  • Understanding of local automation technologies including AGV, wearables, conveyor, and PLC driven systems.
  • Experience across various industries such as supply chain, automotive, industrial, and healthcare logistics.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% globally for meetings and business operations.
  • Fluency in English and local languages.
