To achieve this, we are recruiting a Senior Product Manager to pilot the core of our operations: accounting closure and fiscal automation.

Your Role as a Senior Product Manager

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will take command of the Compta Bilan Squad. Your role is to transform complex regulatory material into a fluid, automated, and truly "magical" experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Compliance Guardian: Ensure perfect alignment of the product with fiscal legislation, accounting standards, and regulatory evolutions.
• Automation & AI: Drive the automation of simple balance sheets using AI to absorb growth and enable our accountants to focus on high-value advisory services.
• Preventive & Intuitive UX: Design user journeys so seamless that users cannot make errors. Your goal is to engage clients at the right moment with the correct information, adhering to our dogma: "Adapted, but not customizable."
• Business & Tech Orchestrator: Act as the central point of contact between business experts (accountants, tax specialists) and the development team. Translate business needs into radical technological solutions while safeguarding Dougs' strategic objectives.
• ShapeUp Methodology: Autonomously pilot your 5-week cycles with your trio (Designer / Lead Dev), from the "Discovery" (Appetite) phase to delivery.

Collaboration & Ecosystem

You will join a mature product organization where your Lead PM (future manager) focuses on global strategic vision and your coaching. They will be your partner in removing blockers and refining your pole's strategy, granting you the freedom necessary to tackle your subjects within your squad.

• Data & Feedback: Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker Studio, Intercom.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management (SaaS, FinTech, or complex product).
• Leadership: A leader capable of engaging your team on ambitious objectives, ensuring business impact.
• "Simplifier" Mindset: You dislike unnecessary complexity and know when to say "no" to ensure a pure and effective product.
• Rigor: Accounting and fiscal matters do not intimidate you; you enjoy diving into technical and regulatory subjects to simplify them.

Compensation: 55,000.00€ to 60,000.00€ per year
