About the role:

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will play a key role in defining the market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for DoubleTick. This role bridges the gap between Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure that every product feature, launch, and campaign resonates with the target audience and drives adoption, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with creative storytelling and data-driven marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and market expansions. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to define target audience segments, value propositions, and messaging frameworks. Design and implement launch plans, including positioning, content, campaigns, and enablement materials.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Create clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging tailored for different customer personas. Translate complex product capabilities into simple, benefit-driven narratives that resonate with buyers. Ensure consistent brand voice and product storytelling across all marketing and sales channels.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Equip Sales and Partner teams with competitive intelligence, sales decks, battle cards, and case studies. Collaborate with Partnership and Business Development teams to support partner-led GTM campaigns. Train internal stakeholders on product value, customer use cases, and differentiators.
  • Market Intelligence & Customer Insights: Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Gather insights from the market and feed them back to Product and Leadership for roadmap decisions. Maintain updated competitor positioning and pricing comparisons.
  • Content & Campaign Strategy: Partner with the digital marketing team to create high-impact campaigns, thought-leadership content, and growth funnels for inbound and outbound efforts. Develop marketing assets including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, explainer videos, webinars, and whitepapers. Measure and optimize marketing performance using analytics and feedback loops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or SaaS Marketing, preferably within a B2B software or technology company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, CRM tools, digital channels, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning strategies and execute GTM plans that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in partner or ecosystem marketing within SaaS.
  • Exposure to international B2B marketing and multi-channel GTM execution.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
