D|B Global Talent Solutions is seeking a Property Management Assistant to join their US-based real estate operations. This is a 100% remote, full-time position for candidates residing in Latin America. No prior real estate experience is required; world-class English skills, a professional attitude, and a desire to learn are prioritized.
The Role
As a Property Management Assistant, you will serve as the central point of contact for US-based real estate operations. Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between the company, tenants, and vendors. Key duties involve handling incoming calls and inquiries from US-based tenants and service providers with professionalism, assisting with maintenance requests and lease inquiries, coordinating with vendors to schedule repairs, and maintaining meticulous logs of all interactions with daily updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Communication Mastery: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential. Native-level fluency is highly preferred.
- No Experience Needed: We value communication talent and reliability over previous job titles. Full training will be provided.
- Location: Must currently reside in Latin America.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (New York Time).
- Work Environment: Must have a quiet home office, a high-quality headset, and a stable, high-speed internet connection.
