The Role
As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will own features and projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities include designing both frontend and backend architectures, implementing secure engineering practices, and leading technical strategy and mentorship across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Build features for both frontend (React) and backend services.
- Design and implement database models (PostgreSQL) for new features.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to refine features.
- Lead technical architecture and ensure long-term codebase scalability.
- Mentor engineers and champion best practices across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Expertise in Node.js and React for web services.
- Proficiency with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
- A passion for continuous learning and secure engineering practices.
- Experience from feature inception to delivery.
Preferred Experience
- Security-first engineering expertise.
- Experience with Kubernetes deployments.
- Knowledge of large-scale monolith architectures.
- Experience designing large-scale React apps.
- Interest in learning Go for CLI, Terraform, and Kubernetes Operator development.
