What We're Building

The team is designing scalable systems that monitor billions of online entities including domains, social media accounts, apps, dark web forums, and more. They leverage AI agents to identify and neutralize digital threats while continuously adapting to changing challenges.

What You'll Do as a Forward Deployed Engineer

• Enable enterprise client onboarding on the platform.
• Coordinate API, webhook, and SIEM integrations.
• Troubleshoot SSO and authentication issues (SAML, OAuth).
• Manage multiple integration work streams and stakeholder communications.
• Create dashboards to track API/webhook usage and system health.
• Document and iterate on onboarding best practices.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has strong coding skills (Python preferred), project management experience, and excellent customer-facing abilities. A technical background to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management is essential. Strong communication, data querying, and dashboard-building skills are also required.
