Role Overview
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist who knows how to turn search intent into scalable growth. You’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of organic search initiatives for B2B clients with complex products and long sales cycles. You should be comfortable working across technical SEO, content strategy, and performance tracking to drive qualified traffic—not just rankings.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategies for B2B FinTech and SaaS clients.
- Conduct keyword research focused on high-intent, conversion-driven search queries.
- Write SEO optimized landing pages and blogs.
- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
- Build and execute content strategies aligned with buyer journeys and search intent.
- Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Analyze and report on organic performance, rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with paid media, AI, and creative teams to align organic and paid strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in B2B, FinTech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving organic traffic that converts into qualified leads.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
- Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with site audits, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, indexing issues and backlink building.
- Experience working with CMS platforms and collaborating with developers.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data and making decisions based on insights.
- Curious about evolving search trends, including AI-driven search and LLM-based discovery.
