About The Role

As a Senior IT Engineer, you will work closely with partners across the organization to influence key technology decisions, develop innovative solutions, and shape the future of enterprise systems. This remote role reports to the Team Lead, IT Apps and Automation and has a lasting impact on internal operations and overall company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal customers by building UI solutions and tools
  • Build resilient automation tools to streamline IT business processes
  • Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with strategies
  • Partner with IT Leadership to improve transparency and unlock efficiencies
  • Leverage technical and business knowledge to identify improvement opportunities

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience using NodeJS/TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and React
  • Solid frontend skills with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React
  • Experience with databases like Postgres, MYSQL, Cassandra, and proficiency in SQL/PLSQL
  • Understanding of Agentic Coding practices and familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs
  • Expertise in computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, design patterns, and virtualization
  • Experience building large-scale microservices and applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Familiarity with GitOps, CI/CD, Scrum, TDD, and tools like Argo, Buildkite, GitHub, and Jira
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker/Orbstack)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams

Compensation & Benefits
