Job Description

About The Team

The DoorDash Recruiting Team is focused on building DoorDash culture, one quality hire at a time. We partner with hiring teams to execute recruiting strategies that help DoorDash hire qualified candidates in the most efficient and unbiased ways.

We’re looking for a Manager, Technical Sourcing - Product, Design & Analytics to own proactive sourcing for some of our largest non-engineering roles across technical recruiting and help scale these business-critical functions. DoorDash is growing and scaling at an unprecedented rate, and you will play a critical role in shaping the sourcing function as we expand our global footprint. We’re focused on improvement — from moving faster to leveling up the quality of our pipeline — and our work is never complete. If you’re looking to define your career as part of something greater than yourself, come scale with us.

Joining DoorDash means working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ideas can shape products, impact millions of users, and help merchants, Dashers, and customers thrive. We value creativity, ownership, and continuous learning — and we’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone can grow their careers while making a real difference.

About The Role

The Manager, Technical Sourcing - Product, Design & Analytics will lead the strategic sourcing function for the largest non-engineering technical roles at DoorDash. You will own the execution and scaling of proactive sourcing efforts, ensuring a robust top-of-funnel pipeline that supports our highest-priority business needs. In this role, you’ll manage a team of seasoned full-time and contract sourcers, partnering closely with business stakeholders to align on priorities, remove roadblocks, and drive impact. You will report directly to the Sr. Technical Recruiting Manager, Product, Design & Analytics and play a key role in setting up these teams for the next phase of expansion.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will...

  • Develop and refine sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines for Product, Design, Analytics, and other technical functions.
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of full-time and contract sourcers, elevating their skills and outcomes.
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize recruiting needs and ensure sourcing efforts are aligned with the most critical roles and organizational goals.
  • Deliver ongoing reports and dashboards on sourcing progress, trends, quality of pipeline, and operational metrics; communicate impact clearly to stakeholders.
  • Use data and analytics to identify areas for strategic optimization and make recommendations to evolve sourcing practices.
  • Support your team in navigating complex searches, removing bottlenecks, and improving efficiency across the sourcing lifecycle.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams to drive alignment and execution excellence.

We’re Excited About You Because…

  • You have 3-5 years of people management experience and 7-10 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
  • You are a sourcing subject matter expert with proven experience leading strategy and execution for technical talent in competitive markets.
  • You have a strong understanding of technical domains, and while direct Product or Design hiring experience is preferred, your deep sourcing expertise translates across disciplines.
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, take ownership of outcomes, and work independently while collaborating effectively with partners.
  • You are data-driven and comfortable leveraging metrics and insights to influence decisions and improve operational performance.
  • You are a relationship builder with exceptional communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels.
  • You have a bias for action, thrive on solving hard problems, and are committed to continuous improvement and learning.

We expect this position to be filled by 3/23/2026.
