This centralized operation aims to enhance control, efficiency, and scalability in how devices and technology assets are procured, stored, provisioned, and deployed. The IT Warehouse Operations Manager will be crucial in leading daily operations, managing internal partnerships, and driving continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as the primary interface with internal organizations (IT, Merchant Operations, Wolt, Finance, HR, Engineering). Gather requirements, translate them into operational plans, and ensure needs are met with clear SLAs and measurable outcomes. Communicate service updates and performance metrics regularly.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements to reduce lead times, improve accuracy, and lower costs. Leverage technology tools such as asset management systems (AMS), ERP integrations, and analytics dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PLs), refurbishers, and equipment suppliers. Negotiate contracts and performance terms. Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and take corrective action.
- Inventory and Asset Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage forecasting models. Ensure all device movements and transactions are accurately reflected in the asset management system for audit readiness and lifecycle tracking.
- Data, Reporting, and Analysis: Build and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports. Use insights to identify trends, predict bottlenecks, and drive improvements. Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and partner teams.
- Scalability and Expansion Planning: Develop repeatable frameworks for scaling the internal supply chain across new regions and business units. Partner with global teams to document best practices and establish blueprints for expansion.
- Compliance, Security, and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to internal controls, asset tracking standards, and data privacy regulations. Support audits with accurate records and robust control mechanisms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Procurement on budgeting. Work with IT and Engineering on system integrations. Collaborate with People and Workplace teams for workforce planning and safety standards.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing process automation, new technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management. Lead initiatives to enhance internal customer service.
