About The Team
The Client Success Team at DoorDash for Business is on a mission to provision, onboard, retain, and grow corporate customers while delivering a white-glove customer experience. The team operates within the Client Success & Strategy organization, focusing on delivering best-in-class customer implementations.
About The Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will work with a diverse range of clients from SMB to Enterprise. Your main responsibilities include analyzing unique client use cases, consulting on best practices, and providing comprehensive training during onboarding. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and engineering teams and report to the Manager, Sales Ops.
What You Will Do
- Drive cross-functional engagement for best-in-class onboarding.
- Act as the customer advocate and represent their voice internally.
- Shape vision and strategy for customer implementation at DoorDash for Business.
- Enable customer success that translates into increased gross revenue.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prominent, Fortune 500 clients.
What We Expect
- 4+ years of customer-facing or implementation project management experience.
- Strong bias for action and meticulous approach to project planning.
- Exceptional detail orientation and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in customer success and process improvement.
Benefits & Compensation
