About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Merchant Strategy & Operations, you will shape the vision and execution of the merchant onboarding experience. You will help merchants onboard seamlessly onto the DoorDash marketplace and set them up for success.
- Develop critical tools for merchant business operations.
- Drive impactful changes with cross-functional leadership.
- Strategize from first principles to serve merchant needs.
- Turn strategies into experiments with measurable outcomes.
- Analyze operational and financial impacts with data.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product, engineering, analytics, sales, and operations teams.
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, product management, or related fields.
- Direct people management experience.
- Agility and bias to action in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and/or Excel.
- Exceptional communication and business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting base salary ranges from $170,000 to $250,000 USD, with opportunities for equity grants. Employees enjoy comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) with matching, paid parental leave, wellness and commuter benefits, flexible paid time off, and much more.
