About the Team

The Emerging Retail Partnerships team is a fast-paced, high-performing group responsible for establishing and growing revenue generating partnerships for early-stage lines of business at DoorDash focused on the intersection of logistics and retail.

About the Role

As the Senior Manager Business Development Retail Pre-Sales, you will initially lead a team of two, focused on landing new accounts to fuel the growth of one of DoorDash’s most exciting Commerce Platform bets. This role offers a startup pace with the backing of a well-established Fortune 500 company and reports into the Senior Manager of Business Development.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8-10 years in sales, business development or strategic partnerships
  • Strong network among logistics and transportation decision makers
  • Proven experience in prospecting and building a book of business
  • Resilience with creative problem solving for customer objections
  • Experience in high-stakes negotiations with win-win outcomes
  • Strong collaborative and persuasive communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $178,500 to $262,500 USD along with equity opportunities, comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with matching, significant paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, insurance options, and more.
