About the Team
The mission of our Consumer Retention Marketing team is to build lasting relationships with our customers by providing a personalized, cross-channel experience that delights and drives continuous engagement. The Consumer Promotions Strategy team blends data analytics with strategy to launch promotional campaigns that engage and inspire consumers.
About the Role
As a Consumer Promotions Strategy Manager, you will create integrated promotional strategies to accelerate consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention while owning promotional campaign execution and improvement through testing and experimentation.
- Work with complex data sets to develop pricing and promotion plans.
- Analyze campaign results to identify performance drivers and testing opportunities.
- Manage budgets across business areas and forecast campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Campaign Operations, and Strategy teams across numerous geographies.
- Lead a team for ideation, execution, and reporting of monetary campaigns.
- Partner with BI and Engineering to integrate CRM data and ensure dynamic event routing.
- Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in Retention, Product, Tech & Operations, Analytics, and Strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in finance/management consulting, business operations, or marketing analytics.
- Proven experience leading a team and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and forecasting models.
- Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis.
- Experience driving results through cross-channel marketing campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM technologies, segmentation tools, and complex data systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary for this role is localized based on work location and includes opportunities for equity grants. Additional Information
