About the Role

As an Associate Manager for DoorDash Drive's Strategy & Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and success for our white label catering delivery service. You will execute strategies to acquire new restaurant partners and help them grow once on our platform. Your work involves creating merchant growth strategies, running experiments to improve quality and catering delivery operations, analyzing data to explain performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet strategic goals.

What You Will Do

  • Dive into data, engage with merchants and customers.
  • Develop tailored growth and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Support, Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Steer the scaling and optimization of operations and quality.

What We Expect

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
  • Strong ownership and prioritization skills.
  • Experience in a complex or high-growth environment, with 4+ years relevant experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay ranges from $98,600 to $145,000 USD, with additional equity opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), paid leave, medical, dental, vision and more.
