DoorDash’s New Verticals organization is accelerating one of our strategic pillars — DashMart, our first-party grocery and convenience delivery offering. We’re building and scaling new ways to delight our customers by leveraging DoorDash platform capabilities. The DashMart Fulfillment Services team brings the full power of DashMart to customers with new use cases and lines of business operating within our real estate.

About the Role

As an Associate Manager, you will lead the growth of DashMart Fulfillment Services grocer partnerships by scoping, launching, and managing strategic projects. You will lead a team focused on expanding existing partnerships, exploring and winning new business, and maintaining high quality operations in both live and launching partnerships.

• Iterate on customer-facing merchandising strategies using data insights.
• Drive operational improvements within fulfillment centers alongside operational leadership.
• Launch new real estate strategies in partnership with real estate and finance teams.
• Develop partnership assortment strategies with the Category Management team.

Responsibilities

You will manage a rapidly growing business line and team, nurture external partnerships, lead cross-functional projects across 10+ teams, and proactively improve processes to achieve positive customer outcomes and financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing external relationships and operational collaboration.
• Strong communication skills tailored to varied audiences including executives and partners.
• Proven track record in launching and maintaining strategic projects.
• Experience with financial data and a strong business acumen.
• 4-6+ years in tech, strategy & operations, supply chain, or retail management.
• Bachelor's Degree in business, analytics, finance, supply chain management, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers a base salary within a range of $98,600—$145,000 USD with additional opportunities for equity grants. Benefits include a comprehensive package with 401(k) matching, paid parental leave, wellness benefits, flexible paid time off, and more.
