About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Analyst to join our team and deepen understanding of our customers’ needs and pain points. You will gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from product reviews, customer support conversations, sales calls, surveys, and more to provide actionable insights for our Product and Design teams. Your work will directly inform our roadmap and ensure we address users' most critical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback from multiple sources.
  • Identify recurring themes, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Create reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to prioritize issues.
  • Maintain and improve the internal feedback pipeline and taxonomy.
  • Champion the voice of the customer across the organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in UX research, data analysis, or customer insights.
  • Strong analytical mindset to detect patterns in qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent cross-team collaboration and synthesis skills.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Passion for improving user experiences through data-informed decisions.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or tech company environments.
  • Familiarity with voice-of-customer (VoC) programs or CX tools.
  • Basic knowledge of UX design principles.
  • Experience with user interviews or usability testing.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycles and methodologies.
