Job Description

As a Domino's Pizza Shift Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will receive training in product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring while learning to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will also develop important leadership skills to effectively manage and grow your team.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to lead teams and manage operations.
  • Train in fundamental areas including product quality and sanitation.
  • Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Maintain a focus on customer service and efficiency.
  • Conquer peak periods with effective leadership.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Valid US Driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • At least 1 year driving experience with a dependable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
  • Desire to lead people with 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
