Overview

DoiT is seeking a GCP Product Support Specialist/Billing Specialist to join our Client Services team. This remote role spans Eastern Europe, the UK, Ireland, and Spain, and focuses on providing world-class SaaS application and billing support in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity

The specialist will work hands-on with customers to educate, mentor, and solve technical problems, ensuring optimal use of our product. Responsibilities include billing inquiries on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve documentation and knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a DoiT expert on GCP billing inquiries.
  • Analyze customer billing data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Respond urgently to new and escalated support issues.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with Account and Support teams on issues.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in technical support within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1-2+ years experience with GCP billing.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.

Bonus Points

  • GCP Digital Cloud Leader certification.
  • Familiarity with finance or data analytics tools (Tableau, Domo, SQL).
