Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficiency.
  • Maintain brand standards in food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Financial Performance

  • Manage P&L, labor costs, and controllable expenses.
  • Analyze sales reports to increase revenue opportunities.
  • Implement cost control measures and manage inventory.
  • Drive local store marketing and community engagement.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, hire, and train team members.
  • Coach supervisors and shift leaders for performance improvement.
  • Create optimal schedules for labor efficiency and service quality.

Guest Experience
