Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations for efficiency.
- Maintain brand standards in food quality and presentation.
- Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Financial Performance
- Manage P&L, labor costs, and controllable expenses.
- Analyze sales reports to increase revenue opportunities.
- Implement cost control measures and manage inventory.
- Drive local store marketing and community engagement.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and train team members.
- Coach supervisors and shift leaders for performance improvement.
