About the Kitchen Manager Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation and quality control
- Ensure recipe adherence and proper food safety & sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste, and equipment maintenance
- Train, coach, and lead a diverse kitchen team
- Collaborate with management for smooth restaurant-wide operations
- Troubleshoot operational challenges effectively under pressure

- Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager, BOH Supervisor, or similar role
