Job Description
About the Role
Join a fast-scaling, well-funded B2B SaaS start-up in the travel tech industry. As a Technical Team Lead, you will architect and build greenfield products while leading and enabling a team of 5+ engineers. Enjoy remote work flexibility as you contribute to technical enablement, create PoCs, utilize AI-assisted coding, and launch new product lines.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end solutions from design to implementation.
- Lead a team, mentor mediors and seniors, and conduct performance reviews.
- Engage in hands-on coding (40-50%) and technical architecture design.
- Collaborate with the product manager and report to the Head of Technology.
- Innovate with toolchain upgrades and CI/CD improvements.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years in the JVM ecosystem (Java 21+).
- 4+ years with Angular (version 15 or higher).
- 1+ year in team leadership and developer enablement.
- Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and CI/CD (Jenkins).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude AI or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
