Key Responsibilities
- Translate clients' business challenges into technical directives.
- Spar with senior stakeholders on product, engineering, and scaling strategies.
- Monitor and guide project delivery ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Assist clients in decisions for scaling teams based on technical insights.
- Maximize value from the extended team model.
Requirements
- 7+ years in software development, engineering management, or senior technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Excellent communication with senior stakeholders (CTO / Product / Engineering leads).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
