Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize value from the extended team model.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in software development, engineering management, or senior technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders (CTO / Product / Engineering leads).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
