What you'll do

As a member of the vulnerability & configuration management team, you will safeguard Docusign’s hybrid multi-cloud environment by supporting and optimizing the vulnerability scanning infrastructure. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Vulnerability and Configuration Management, you will:

• Monitor and maintain scanning tools and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot vulnerability scanning solutions
• Support regular scans and ensure asset coverage
• Review scan results, identify false positives, and escalate issues
• Collaborate with IT and security teams for accurate scan targets
• Document procedures, schedules, and troubleshooting steps
• Respond to alerts and incidents regarding tool performance
• Participate in upgrades, patching, and integration efforts
• Maintain compliance with security policies and best practices
• Provide basic reporting on scan coverage, findings, and tool health

Job Designation

This is a hybrid role where employees work both in-office and remote, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office.

What you bring

Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, Networking, or related field; foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems, and cloud environments; interest in cybersecurity; strong analytical skills; effective communication; team orientation.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
