What You'll Do
As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will engage in daily communication with internal and external customers, collect receivables and reconcile disputes. You will manage customer collections in North America, resolve past due and disputed items, and collaborate with sales and management. You will also manage refunds, account adjustments, write offs, and maintain detailed records while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze account information and communicate next steps with your supervisor.
- Own North American customer collections and streamline processes through automation.
- Resolve past due and disputed items to maintain customer relationships.
- Manage refunds, account adjustments and write offs according to policy.
- Reconcile customer accounts and document all customer interactions.
- Address large scale account issues affecting customer experience.
- Oversee 3rd party collections and bankruptcy processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Designation & Work Arrangement
This is a remote role. Employees work from a designated remote work location most of the time. Job designations can change based on business needs.
What You Bring
Basic Requirements: 5+ years of collection experience, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA.
Preferred Skills: Excellent problem-solving; strong communication in Spanish and English; effective negotiation; proven dispute reconciliation; capability in data analysis; experience in public companies and ERP systems; and a BA/BS degree.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay varies by geographic location and experience with hourly rates provided for several states. In addition, bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health benefits, retirement plans, learning opportunities, and compassionate care leave are offered.
