Uncover Hiring Manager

Job Description

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Engineer, you will be at the heart of transforming recruitment practices within the Talent Acquisition Excellence team. Your mission will be to enhance the efficiency and quality of recruitment activities for over 50 hiring managers across Europe. You will design, develop, and operate automation and AI systems integrated directly into recruitment workflows, enabling recruiters to focus on strategic thinking, calibration, and closing, rather than manual tasks.

You will join a passionate and ambitious People team dedicated to setting new standards in operational excellence, employee experience, and talent impact. You will report directly to the People Strategy Senior Manager. Close collaboration with recruiters, People Systems, IT, and Data teams will be key to improving the performance and effectiveness of our teams, amplifying our collective impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform existing processes and drive continuous improvement through automation: Design recruiter workflows that reduce friction in sourcing, screening, scheduling, interview feedback, debriefs, and offers.
  • Build automations between the ATS and surrounding tools: Utilize APIs, webhooks, triggers, and error handling to create seamless integrations.
  • Develop AI-assisted sourcing systems: Implement data enrichment, deduplication, segmentation, cadence writing, dashboards, and optimization loops.
  • Enhance interview assessment quality: Create structured scorecards, collect debriefs, set up reminders, synthesize feedback, and support calibration.
  • Ensure operational excellence and foster a culture of efficiency: Establish quality control mechanisms for recruitment data, including validation rules, anomaly detection, and deviation tracking.
  • Set standards and best practices: Define and document guidelines for consistent and effective use of automation and AI tools by TA teams.
  • Create and deliver training materials: Develop guides, tutorials, and playbooks to ensure TA teams fully adopt deployed tools.
  • Drive adoption of new tools and processes: Support teams through change management and highlight achieved results.

What We're Looking For

While we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every exact qualification, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting Ops, Sourcing Ops, People Systems, RevOps, or a similar automation and operational systems-focused role.
  • Proficiency in recruitment workflows and a deep understanding of recruiter pain points.
  • Strong automation experience (low-code and/or code), including APIs, data flows, webhooks, error handling, and monitoring.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end system implementation with measurable impact and adoption.
  • Strong data and KPI culture, with good judgment regarding privacy, GDPR compliance, and human-in-the-loop design.

Ideal Candidate Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Workday Recruiting.
  • Experience with LLM workflows, prompt evaluation, RAG, or structured extraction applied to recruitment.
  • Experience in a regulated environment or one with high GDPR constraints (health, finance, etc.).
  • Skills in SQL, Python, or scripting.
  • Experience in advanced analytics and building recruitment dashboards.
