Job Description

About DocMorris

DocMorris stands for customer-oriented, innovative services and a wide variety of products centered around digital healthcare. These range from quick appointment scheduling for online doctor visits on TeleClinic's telemedicine platform to pharmaceutical advice and supply of prescription and over-the-counter medications, as well as health products from Germany's best-known online pharmacy.

Additionally, our marketplace offers a broad supplementary range of medical aids, health products, and items from the nutrition, beauty, and family sectors. This allows DocMorris to provide customers with easy access to comprehensive health services in one place with just one click. In the German segment, the Swiss DocMorris AG generated an external turnover of 1,022 million CHF in 2024 with over 10 million active customers.

The Role: Senior UX Researcher

  • Deriving well-founded recommendations for action and presenting results to various stakeholders.
  • Creating research roadmaps and prioritizing studies in line with the product strategy.
  • Mentoring and knowledge transfer within the team.

  • Profound knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
  • Ability to process complex data comprehensibly and present it practically.
  • Enthusiasm for user-centered product development and the ability to convince stakeholders of research results.
  • Experience in agile work environments and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Completed degree in Psychology, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences, or a comparable field.
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.

Please send us your CV in English, as we are an international company.

Our Benefits

  • Company pension scheme with attractive employer contributions.
  • 30 vacation days.
  • Opportunity to participate in the employee stock option program.
  • Travel cost reimbursement for commuting.
  • Further training opportunities and regular development talks.
  • Access to e-learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning.
  • Attractive discounts in various shops via Corporate Benefits.
  • Great employee events and annual company parties.
  • Comfortable working environment with air-conditioned, bright offices, ergonomically furnished workstations with modern technical equipment.
  • Flexible working models and home office possibilities.
