Location: On-site – Science Park, RehovotStart: Part-time, with a clear path to full-time
What You’ll Do
- Support ongoing client relationships
- Coordinate digital, marketing, and AI-driven projects
- Execute campaigns, content, and digital assets
- Work with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Support growth and go-to-market initiatives
Required Skills & Tools
You should be comfortable and hands-on with:
- Microsoft Office– Excel (high level)– PowerPoint (high level)
- CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Email marketing & automation platforms (e.g., ActiveTrail, Smoove)
- Project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Site CMS)
- Generative & Creative AI tools, including: ChatGPT 5.2, Gemini 3 etc. Canva, NotebookLM, MyLens, Napkin AI etc. Nano Banana Pro, Leonardo AI etc. HeyGen, Eleven Labs, D-ID etc. Claude Code etc.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate of digital marketing programs – must
- Background or strong interest in digital project and client management (Healthcare & Pharma)
- Highly service-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Background in medicine / biology / life sciences – a strong advantage
- Curious, proactive, and genuinely living and breathing marketing
