About The Opportunity

The Product Manager, WhiteGloves is responsible for leading high-impact, enterprise-driven product initiatives originating from Docebo’s most strategic global customers. This role operates at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise engagement, and cross-squad execution. Acting as the primary product counterpart for flagship accounts, the Product Manager translates complex, critical business needs into scalable platform capabilities aligned with Docebo’s long-term product vision. The role combines strategic thinking, executive stakeholder management, and rigorous delivery oversight. It requires balancing commercial urgency and contractual commitments with architectural integrity and sustainable platform evolution. The successful candidate will drive co-funded development initiatives, coordinate multiple product squads, and ensure that enterprise-driven innovation strengthens the overall product ecosystem.

Primary Responsibilities, Including But Not Limited To

The responsibilities listed in this section are representative and not exhaustive. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Strategic/Enterprise Product Leadership
    • Act as the primary product lead for strategic/enterprise accounts, owning enterprise-driven initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
    • Lead structured problem discovery with customers, translating complex and critical requirements into scalable product solutions aligned with Docebo’s roadmap.
    • Ensure that customer-specific needs are abstracted into reusable capabilities that generate long-term value for the broader customer base.
  • Initiative Scoping and Governance
    • Define initiative scope, problem statement and success criteria, ensuring alignment between commercial agreements and engineering capacity.
    • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align delivery expectations with commercial agreements.
    • Break down initiatives into scalable roadmap items with clear sequencing and dependency management.
    • Provide transparency and executive-level visibility into risks, dependencies, and delivery status.
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    • Work closely with Engineering Managers, Developers, and Designers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution quality.
    • Ensure clarity of requirements, high-quality documentation, and predictable delivery planning across concurrent enterprise initiatives.
    • Partner closely with Engineering leadership to protect team focus, avoid overcommitment, and maintain delivery standards in high-visibility projects.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Management
    • Interface directly with enterprise stakeholders during discovery, validation, and milestone reviews.
    • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Design to ensure cohesive execution and messaging.
    • Act as a trusted internal advisor on feasibility, scope boundaries, and scalable product positioning.
  • Platform Integrity and Scalable Product Evolution
    • Safeguard architectural consistency and long-term platform sustainability when evaluating enterprise-driven enhancements.
    • Identify recurring patterns across strategic accounts to inform roadmap evolution and reduce future customisation risk.
    • Ensure that WhiteGloves initiatives accelerate platform maturity rather than fragment product experience.

What It Takes To Be Successful

  • Enterprise leadership presence: You are comfortable engaging senior stakeholders from global organisations and managing high-stakes conversations involving scope, prioritisation, and trade-offs.
  • Strategic-to-tactical fluency: You can move seamlessly between high-level roadmap thinking and detailed execution oversight.
  • Cross-functional influence: You lead without formal authority, aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success around shared outcomes.
  • Commercial awareness: You understand the implications of co-funded initiatives and can balance revenue acceleration with long-term product health.
  • Scalability mindset: You consistently evaluate whether solutions strengthen the broader platform rather than solve isolated needs.
  • Resilience and prioritisation discipline: You operate effectively under pressure, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines and executive visibility.
  • Structured communication: You synthesise complex information into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with enterprise or strategic accounts in high-visibility product initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product delivery involving multiple engineering streams or squads.
  • Experience in structuring and managing commercially sensitive or co-funded product initiatives is strongly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile product development practices and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
