Overview

The Dobbs Truck Group, a growth company with 25 commercial truck dealerships, is seeking a Product Support Analyst at Dobbs Peterbilt. This role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, ensuring product strategies are applied successfully, and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

The Product Support Analyst is expected to:

  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain spreadsheet data and communicate with customers.
  • Liaise with dealers to gather and input data.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and troubleshoot product issues.
  • Upsell products when opportunities arise.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, service, and parts departments.
  • Meet qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must have strong verbal communication, active listening, ability to work across departments, multitasking skills, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word).

Desired Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Marketing, Parts, and Service, and previous customer support roles are preferred.

Mental & Physical Requirements

The role requires basic mathematical skills, decision-making abilities, and the physical capacity to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. It involves a moderate noise environment, with tasks requiring standing, walking, sitting, and light lifting.
