Role Overview: Manager, Business Transformation
As a Manager, Business Transformation, you will shape our future by leading initiatives to drive operational excellence, process innovation, and strategic growth. You will analyze pain points, design solutions, and build strong stakeholder partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Process Design & Improvement: Partner with business units to map and optimize workflows.
- Analyze Data & Drive Reporting: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making and measure impact.
- Engage Stakeholders & Build Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor.
- Support Strategic Execution: Align transformation initiatives with strategic priorities and tech initiatives.
- General Support: Contribute to project execution and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting or related discipline; CPA or advisory service experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in process improvement, business transformation, or consulting within professional services.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365, Power Automate, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is an asset.
