Load Control Coordinator

Position Overview

The Load Control Coordinator role at dnata in Sydney International Airport includes two key functions: Load Controller and Centralised Load Control (CLC) Coordinator. As a Load Controller, you will calculate weight and balance of the aircraft by ensuring all limitations are met for a safe operation, complete load instructions and reports, manage dangerous goods segregation, and prepare the load sheet for the Pilot. As a CLC Coordinator, you will work closely with client carrier load controllers in a centralised operation centre, provide timely information including dead load statements, NOTOC, and fuel figures from the Captain, and review load controller documents thoroughly.

• Proven ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level knowledge of at least one DCS system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake required training.
• Preference for previous load control experience and competency in Weight and Balance course.
• Positive attitude and commitment to dnata’s values and business direction.
