About the Team

The Governance & Transformation team at dm-drogerie markt Deutschland supports the harmonization, digitalization, and automation of financial processes within the dm-Group. This involves using suitable methods and technologies and managing associated changes. The team implements and continuously develops solutions for automating operational processes, particularly leveraging Cloud solutions, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA).

Your Responsibilities as RPA Automation Engineer

• Manage and implement automation requirements within the Finance + Controlling department.
• Support international process teams in identifying digitalization and automation potentials.
• Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, and technical implementation of digitalization and automation ideas, especially with RPA and DPA.
• Maintain and further develop automated processes and tools.
• Contribute IT expertise to business consultations and support the establishment of new technologies within the department.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Information Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Relevant professional experience in software development and knowledge of programming languages C#, Java, and ideally JavaScript.
• Profound knowledge and experience in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Process Automation (DPA) (e.g., UiPath, Flowable, ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of business process management and experience in process analysis with BPMN 2.0.
• Passion for process automation and related technologies, along with analytical and conceptual skills.
• Experience in effective communication and professional interaction with various stakeholders.
