In this role, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge Microsoft solutions that streamline operations and optimize business processes using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint, as well as integrate emerging AI capabilities like Copilot.

Essential Functions

  • Design automation solutions integrating Microsoft 365 tools and AI frameworks.
  • Analyze business workflows to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and maintain data models using Power BI.
  • Monitor and support ongoing implementations in the Microsoft 365 environment.

AI & Emerging Technologies

Stay updated with the latest AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and GPT-based services to evaluate and implement enhancements in business processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
