Position Overview
The Agile Business Analyst will act as the essential link between business stakeholders and technical teams. You are responsible for translating business needs into actionable requirements and ensuring that digital solutions deliver real value.
Essential Functions
- Define & Manage Requirements: Lead discovery, documentation, and organization of requirements using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA to align technical and business objectives.
- Visualize & Document: Develop wireframes, process diagrams, and user stories to clarify system behavior.
- Lead Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile teams.
- Strong skills in communication, documentation, and facilitation.
- Proficiency in wireframing tools and workflow diagramming.
- Experience with Microsoft stack and Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP).
- Ability to adapt quickly to new domains and manage evolving requirements.
