About the Senior SOC Analyst Role
DKB | Deutsche Kreditbank AG is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to safeguard our IT infrastructure through advanced incident response, threat intelligence, and cloud security operations. You will be a key member of the Security Operations Center supporting a diverse team and collaborating with subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and respond to security incidents in Cloud and AI systems.
- Continuously assess threats using Threat Intelligence.
- Engage in threat hunting to identify stealthy attacks.
- Evaluate vulnerabilities and coordinate patch management.
- Develop use cases and detection rules for SIEM, SOAR, and CNAPP systems.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve security processes and tools.
- Participate in SOC on-call duty to protect DKB outside regular hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Security or related field.
- Experience with AWS services (CloudTrail, GuardDuty, IAM, AWSConfig), GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Proven experience in AI-Security or working with AI systems in a SOC environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, preferably in a SOC.
- Expertise in incident analysis, vulnerability management, and use of SIEM/SOAR systems.
- Familiarity with current threat scenarios, attack techniques, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Strong analytical skills, structured work approach, and team spirit.
- Excellent German and good English communication skills.
