Job Description
Solution Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for regional partners on drone products, ecosystem, and solutions.
- Conduct product feature test, solution POC (Proof of Concept).
- Engage with customers and partners in technical discussions, accurately identify customer needs, and provide technical and solutions support.
- Develop and maintain key regional customer relationships, gather industry insights, and collect product feedback.
- Analyze regional market demands and explore new drone applications across emerging industries and scenarios.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese (both spoken and written), English will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the CCTV security or ICT industry; pre-sales or after-sales support will be a plus.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong initiative and self-motivation.
