Job Description
Technical Lead- Desktop Support
Dixit Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Lead for Desktop Support with expertise in VDI, Laptop, and Desktop PC Configuration.
Responsibilities:
- Administer VMware Horizon dashboard for user machine assignments, additions, deletions, and rebuilds.
- Upgrade RAM, CPU, and Disk Size on virtual desktop machines.
- Provide basic knowledge of Citrix Gateway.
- Utilize basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Install Operating Systems and applications.
- Perform remote software installation and configuration using SSCM.
- Offer remote support and first-level application support.
- Install and upgrade antivirus software (Symantec, Crowdstrike Falcon Sensor).
- Troubleshoot and perform hardware component replacements and upgrades.
- Configure MS-Outlook and printers (Local & LAN).
- Manage OS migration and security patch updates.
- Monitor mail, assign tickets, and handle complaints and escalations.
