Job Description

Technical Lead- Desktop Support

Dixit Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Lead for Desktop Support with expertise in VDI, Laptop, and Desktop PC Configuration.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer VMware Horizon dashboard for user machine assignments, additions, deletions, and rebuilds.
  • Upgrade RAM, CPU, and Disk Size on virtual desktop machines.
  • Provide basic knowledge of Citrix Gateway.
  • Utilize basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Install Operating Systems and applications.
  • Perform remote software installation and configuration using SSCM.
  • Offer remote support and first-level application support.
  • Install and upgrade antivirus software (Symantec, Crowdstrike Falcon Sensor).
  • Troubleshoot and perform hardware component replacements and upgrades.
  • Configure MS-Outlook and printers (Local & LAN).
  • Manage OS migration and security patch updates.
  • Monitor mail, assign tickets, and handle complaints and escalations.
