About the Role

Join our Diversey team as an Application Sector Specialist with focus on Harvest, further processing and protein. In this role, you will deliver advanced technical support to the Food & Beverage customer base of Diversey – A Solenis Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present technical insights at industry associations.
  • Produce detailed technical reports capturing value and work details.
  • Support sales teams on plant and customer assessments.
  • Troubleshoot applications and processes within the protein sector.
  • Conduct chemical usage audits and document CIP and OPC projects.
  • Advise on Direct Food Contact (DFC) chemistries and shelf life improvement.
  • Train sales teams on product innovations and technical trends.
  • Develop relationships with local authorities and industry associations.
  • Analyze market dynamics and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, food science, chemistry, engineering, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in the harvest/protein sector; additional food sector experience is beneficial.
  • Deep knowledge of meat sectors (beef, pork, poultry, further processing) and CIP/OPC cleaning concepts.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75% across North America, valid driver’s license and passport required.
  • Direct Food Contact (DFC) expertise and understanding of water treatment are assets.

Compensation

Compensation range: $105,600.00 to $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses, based on skills and experience.
