The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Field Service Representative for the Lancashire and Yorkshire regions. In this role, you will support customers with expert training, on-site support, and effective use of our industry-leading chemicals and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing

Service Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional service to key strategic and national accounts.
  • Follow tailored service plans for customer satisfaction.

Hands-On Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions to client teams.
  • Conduct on-site audits to assess performance and adherence.
  • Monitor product effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Minimize downtime using remote diagnostics and tools.

Collaboration & Customer Engagement:

  • Work with National and Internal Account Teams to align on service objectives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and share insights with sales teams.
  • Maintain detailed records and reporting using Salesforce.

What We're Looking For

Core Competencies: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently or as a team.

Skills & Experience: Proven track record in customer service or a field-based service role, technical proficiency with IT (Excel and Salesforce), experience in cleaning/hygiene industries preferred, and a full UK driving license.
