Overview

Divergent is a technology company that has developed the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) using machine learning to engineer, manufacture, and assemble complex vehicle structures and subsystems. The products are superior in performance, cost-effective, customizable, fast-to-market, and scalable. Currently, Divergent is a Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs and is expanding into Aerospace and Defense.

Purpose

As a Lead Enterprise Applications Developer, you will design, implement, and oversee technical aspects of Divergent enterprise applications with a focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT peers, and consultants to deliver optimal enterprise solutions.

The Role

  • Lead technical design and architecture of enterprise applications.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Guide configuration, customization, and extension in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Develop integration blueprints and oversee systems integration.
  • Perform technical feasibility assessments and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support deployment phases.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years in integration patterns, SOA, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle DBA, SQL, PL/SQL, and tuning.
  • 10+ years with cloud ERP technologies and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle certifications in Fusion Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management and PaaS offerings.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and other enterprise systems.

Work Environment & Compensation

Onsite preferred with options for remote/hybrid. The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $127,260 to $174,960 USD, equity, bonus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
