Purpose
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to spearhead strategic business intelligence initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across Divergent. Responsibilities include analyzing customer landscape data, developing strategic reports and tools, creating robust data architecture, and implementing efficiency improvements across departments.
The Role
- Develop holistic understanding of DAPS enterprise workflows.
- Manage BI projects from inception to completion.
- Construct visually intuitive analytical reports and dashboards.
- Create and maintain data models for predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational KPIs.
- Oversee development of sustainable data architecture and ETL processes.
- Deliver training materials and work instructions to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging BI technologies.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, MIS, Computer Science, or Math.
- 7+ years in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.
- Experience with Python, Java, Ruby, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts.
- Capable of gathering business requirements and managing projects end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a start-up, consulting, or high-growth environment.
- Exposure to MES tools and smart factory operations.
- Experience interfacing with engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Graduate degree in a related field is a plus.
Work Environment & Compensation
