Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Purpose

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to spearhead strategic business intelligence initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across Divergent. Responsibilities include analyzing customer landscape data, developing strategic reports and tools, creating robust data architecture, and implementing efficiency improvements across departments.

The Role

• Develop holistic understanding of DAPS enterprise workflows.
• Manage BI projects from inception to completion.
• Construct visually intuitive analytical reports and dashboards.
• Create and maintain data models for predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational KPIs.
• Oversee development of sustainable data architecture and ETL processes.
• Deliver training materials and work instructions to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging BI technologies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, MIS, Computer Science, or Math.
• 7+ years in business intelligence or data analysis roles.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and MS Excel.
• Experience with Python, Java, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Capable of gathering business requirements and managing projects end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a start-up, consulting, or high-growth environment.
• Exposure to MES tools and smart factory operations.
• Experience interfacing with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Graduate degree in a related field is a plus.

Work Environment & Compensation
