Role Overview: Market Operations Associate

This role partners with Central Operations, Market Presidents, and local teams to collect and maintain practice contract documents, provider rosters, and other practice information. It ensures data accuracy and standardization across systems like Salesforce and SharePoint.

Key Areas You’ll Add Value

• Partner with market leaders to manage practice documents.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in critical systems.
• Maintain market records including master rosters and trackers.
• Support reconciliation and administrative tasks for Practice Liaisons.
• Track local market KPIs and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology and other teams to streamline workflows.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and distribution of market updates.

What You Bring

2+ years experience in a corporate or start-up setting, ideally in an operational role. A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, healthcare administration or a related field is required. Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are expected, along with experience in managing large datasets and interpreting data trends. Basic project management and familiarity with healthcare systems enhance your fit for this role.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, service-oriented, highly organized, and proactive. They must be comfortable navigating priorities with senior stakeholders and have a process-minded approach to operational efficiency.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position with a base salary between $80k-$95k. Diverge Health is supported by investors such as GV and incubated by Triple Aim Partners.
